![]() ![]() Henry being held prisoner on the Toppat Orbital Station.Sabotaging the Toppat Clan Orbital Base from space.Henry attem pting to rob the Toppat Clan of their valuables or the space station (without the Government's help).Various scenarios will turn out from the different endings of Infiltrating the Airship and Fleeing the Complex, such as: Note: Since the complete Gameplay of the game is too big to be shown in the same page, you are requested to refer to the Ending's pages in order to visit their Gameplay.Īfter the events of Fleeing the Complex, the Toppat Clan is getting ready to launch their rocket into space to establish their orbital station. Henry will want to launch the rocket if he's sided with the Toppat Clan, stop it if he's working for the government, or break into it for the riches of the Toppat. Henry's motives in the game change drastically, also based on the combinations of endings that the player chooses. Some endings take place almost entirely on the Airship. In most missions, they have a new Orbital Station, which they either are about to launch from the Toppat Launch Site in the Dogobogo Jungle (with the military trying to prevent the launch in The Toppat Raid) or have already launched and are now operating from Space. The only thing the missions have in common is that they all involve (the remains of) The Toppat Clan making one final move. Which story/mission the player gets depends on a choice made at the start of the game which endings from Infiltrating the Airship and Fleeing the Complex the player wishes to continue from. However, unlike the previous five games, which had one main story with different possible endings, Completing the Mission contains multiple possible stories. Don’t bug him about it.The game takes place after the events of Fleeing the Complex. No, The Mad Welshman has not 100%ed this game. All I know is I found it a generally alright experience, except for the completionist stuff, which I hated. Masochistic completionists, I guess, old folks like me who get the memes, Newgrounds Nostalgics… Seriously, I don’t really know. Now, when it comes to the audience? I’ll freely admit, the appeal is somewhat niche. Choices are nice and big, the text is clear… The music is a bit of a mixed bag, but overall, it works. Or maybe I’m just an old.Īesthetically, well, it’s very clear. But overall, it picks some solid ones, fun references to Avatar, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Predator, Looney Tunes, Zelda, Pokemon, Phoenix Wright… I could go on for a fair while, but its silly humour lands more often than it misses. Gollywog dolls were too, and I sure as hell wouldn’t defend them. I’m also less than fond of it using infamous meme “Shoop Da Whoop” (A blackface meme), even considering that it was popular back in the day. I hate the completionist aspect of this one. And that one achievement where you have to click Gary Mann 5 times, or click where Henry’s going to land correctly in three different scenes… STANDO! The same with the paintings in Stealing the Diamond. There are people you have to click within about half a second, or multiple people you have to click within a few seconds, as many as 15. But Henry Stickmin wants to make it as hard for you as possible. So, normally, I would be fine with collectathons. As noted, there are quick time events (some of which are brutal, so folks not okay with twitchy games, note well), and… Collectibles. There are six episodes, one of which requires you to have completed all the endings of the previous two to complete (part one of “Completionists will hate this.”) Choose your method of getting past the obstacle, watch what happens, likely retry, rinse, repeat. And with him, you go on a choose your own adventure style game (but with some quick time events) where failing still provides entertainment. Henry Stickmin (not to be confused with Henry Stickman) is a not-great human, er… Stickman. Oh, and content warning flashing imagery for that. If you’re confused, this is an MLG replay of failing utterly by 360 no-scoping your friend there. ![]() It’s weird (unsurprising, considering it’s a meme ridden ex-Newgrounds series, a notable time for experimentation in Flash games, not always to the better, but enjoyably so, in this case), and yes, as a completionist, I can say that 100 percenting this game is a bastard. I mean, that’s a really good capsule summary. Try this one WEIRD game! Completionists will HATE it!
